A full-body workout to build strength, balance, and control. This class begins with a warmup to prepare the body, followed by focused core work on the floor. We then move into strength exercises for the legs and arms using light weights, building both endurance and stability. Next, we refine balance and control with stability work at the barre (or using a chair) before taking those challenges to the mat for the final push.
